JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Robert Bryan Luke was convicted Friday on two counts of Sexual Battery.
Luke was a teacher in the Duval County Public Schools system. A jury found Luke guilty of molesting one of his former students. The victim was a boy under 15-years-old.
“We are pleased that this defendant will no longer have the opportunity to prey on the children of Jacksonville,” said Assistant State Attorney Alan Mizrahi. Assistant State Attorney Jessica Narducci also tried the case.
Luke will be sentenced in July.
