This past weekend, the Florida Press Club awarded David Chapman two prestigious awards during its 2017 Excellence in Journalism Competition. David took first place in the Serious Feature Writing category and third place in the General News Writing category. Prior to joining the State Attorney’s Office as Communications Director in January 2017, David was a reporter for the Financial News and Daily Record. David’s commitment to excellence is apparent to all who know him. Congratulations David.
