Moore faces a mandatory sentence of life in prison for his crimes.
He faces a maximum of up to 30 years as a Habitual Felony Offender.
The case was investigated by Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office and was prosecuted by Assistant State Attorneys Christina Stifler and Lauren Anderson.
Other defendants are awaiting sentencing or trial.

The unlawful distribution resulted in the death of Timothy Sexton.
A Duval County Grand Jury indicted each defendant on March 21, 2019.
